What sources do you use?

We find information about your family through all available sources.

All Danes are recorded in connection with the birth, baptism, confirmation, marriage and death. Therefore, perish registers are really good sources for finding Danish families.

We may also search in some of police databases.

We use local archives and business archives where this is relevant. And not least - we are really creative when searching for the relatives you want information about.

How long will the research take?

That depends on how many generations you want us to find, and how easily accessible the sources are.

The more information you can give us, before we start the research, the easier it will be for us.

What information do you need from me in your research?

We need all the information you can give us about your family and especially the branch of the family you want us to research or track. We base our research on the information provided by you. Any information you have already may prove to be a great help in our further process.

What products can I expect?

The ultimate product is a genealogy.

We can make a family tree, any pictures available of your relatives and pictures of the places your relative has lived or worked, depending on what we agree. We tell the story of the region your relative came from, and we may be able to find a characterization person description of your relative.

We tell the local history and spice recipes for regional dishes - the only limit is your imagination.

We will, of course, agree on the final product with you.

How can I follow the progress of the research?
